I’ve spent over 30 years working in strategy, branding and marketing. From big-name agencies to small in-house teams, I’ve seen how the right insight at the right time can change everything. These days, I work with small business owners who care deeply about what they’re building—but don’t always know how to express that from the outside in.

I’m a problem solver by nature. An introvert who’s learned to handle noisy rooms. A plain speaker who works hard to choose the right words—especially when the topic’s hard to pin down. I believe in honesty, in progress over polish, and in the power of getting clear on what really matters.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the countryside with my excitable dog Darcy—who’s taught me more about patience, unpredictability and showing up every day than most business books ever could.
